STRESS

VIEW ABOUT STRESS :


                      Let us first discuss about the Stress ,Which is given in  Wikipedia . In that  stress is a feeling of strain and pressure. Yes,that's one of the fact .In Pressure, you will get angry and goes to depressed state.Every one in this world have a stress but it may differ from person to person and level of stress also differ from person to person. Most of the people does not understand the real meaning of Strain.  Strain meaning is Force to make an unusually great effort but people think Strain meaning is working physically hard and it will make a over depression.That leads to a unhealthy situation .

Let me express my view about Stress Now .As ,I said before level of stress plays a major role in each and every one life. Stress is developed my yourself.whatever may be the problem  some people stress level goes high and if they understand the reality it comes down .Stress will come only if the work is postponing ,incomplete ,health condition is not supporting to work,over burden and even the working environment may lead to stress .I basically have stress to complete my work within the time limit. So, it depends upon the person .If ,you are feeling too stressful then first get a deep breath and say to yourself "I AM HAPPY AND I HAVE SELF-CONFIDENT TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION" this will makes you feel relax and free.Start doing the work day by day and speak to yourself and understand the mistake  you done and clear it .  Then do YOGA to make you feel  fresh in your mind and lead a  happy life without stress all .
